Open the app, and select "Using camera's hotspot." Connect the phone/ipad to the devices hotspot. Tap Connect and start using the 4K streaming camera. Based on environments, you can select the method that is most stable for you and best suits your needs.

Yes, the VM33 is a wireless streaming camera that connects via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. However, it can also be used as a wired camera by connecting to an external network. Additionally, the VM33 can function as a webcam, making it versatile for different needs.

The streaming camera battery can last up to 8 hours in standby mode. On average, it can last for 3 hours in usage mode. Charging fully in 4 hours. (Note: the time may vary depending on the specific usage scenario).

Connect the VM33 directly to a computer using a USB-C cable.
2. Network Connection
a) Wireless (Wi-Fi)
Via Existing Wi-Fi Router:
Connect VM33 to the same Wi-Fi network as your smartphone. Ideal for RTMP streaming, or NDI wireless transmission.
Via Camera Hotspot (Access Point Mode): The VM33 can broadcast its own Wi-Fi signal (hotspot) which your phone can connect to directly.
b) Wired (Ethernet)
Connect the VM33 to a network using a USB-C to Ethernet adapter.
Enables stable wired RTMP or NDI streaming over LAN.

In open and unobstructed environments, the VM33 can maintain a stable connection with the WiFi source at a distance of up to approximately 50 meters. If the deployment environment has significant interference or physical obstructions, it is recommended to connect distant devices using Ethernet cables and an external hub. A wired connection can greatly enhance the overall stability and reliability of the network.

The Bluetooth feature on the VM33 is used only for device discovery. It is not used for transmitting audio or video.
